Our goal is to improve the evidence behind, and accessibility of mood tracking, through rigorous research and digital innovation. When we are aware of, and accept all moods, and the things that affect our moods, we are more able to act in a committed and targeted way. By using mood as tools and matching actions to what the task required, psychologically flexible individuals are better able to adapt in complex and uncertain situations.
